What is PeppStart?

PeppSTART is an hour-long morning practice that incorporates elements from both Tai Chi and Yoga that resets your nervous system, activates your connection to your intuition, and reignites your energy body for health and vitality. An entire session is comprised of 5 segments: Sitting in Stillness, Thinking on Purpose, Affirming your Agreements, Renewing your Body, and Training your Mind.
