120 Minute Relaxation Retreat

Welcome to your transformative 120-minute retreat, designed to guide you into our deepest level of relaxation available through our general appointments. During this time, you will be gently enveloped in a seamless integration of somatic massage, energy and chakra balancing, meditation, and sound therapy. Your session may include any of the following techniques and options: - Warm towels applied to your feet, back, hands, and neck throughout the experience. - Energy crystals, warm stones, aromatherapy, and vibration tools to help loosen and relax your entire being. - Techniques and tools designed to reset your nervous system, such as dry brushing, a weighted blanket, a heated table, an aurora borealis ceiling light display, and calming music. - A soothing blend of Indian Ayurvedic, Thai, and Swedish massage techniques. - A magical sound bath, meditation, and breathwork to help you relax deeply. - And yes, there may even be some chocolate treats involved. :) You’ll be welcomed into a serene and sacred space, where soft lighting, grounding aromatherapy, and soothing music create the perfect environment for relaxation and self-discovery. We'll begin with a brief discussion about your intentions, goals, and any areas of concern or discomfort. You’ll be invited to take deep breaths, grounding yourself in the present moment and connecting with your inner wisdom as you settle into the experience. Throughout your session, we’ll gently hold space for you to explore any thoughts, emotions, or patterns that may be holding you back from living your fullest potential. You’ll have the opportunity to uncover insights, awaken your inner wisdom, and feel empowered to make positive changes in your life. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for Woo10 LLC Massage and Coaching Services: Credit Card on File: A valid credit card is required to secure and hold your appointment. Notice Period: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. 50% Non-Refundable Deposit: Cancellations and/ or rescheduling with less than 24 hours' notice will result in your credit card on file being charged a fee equivalent to 50% of the booked service(s) price that you selected. Full Charge for No Shows: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any notice, the full amount of the service will be charged to the credit card on file. Rescheduling Process: To cancel or reschedule your appointment without fees, contact us at 321-430-0911 or email us at contactwoo10@gmail.com 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time.
